1.Q: do you accept customized order?

A:Yes,we can custom make any order if our client can meet the MOQ request.

2.Q:do you accept small quantity?

A:we have most of our items in stock. so small quantity is acceptable.

3.Q:Is sample free?

A: partial refund will be paid back after order is placed according to actual situation.

   sample shipping cost will be paid by your party.

4.Q:what terms of payment do you accept?

A:we can accept by T/T,L/C,PAYPAL.

5.Q:How about the shipping?

A: for small quantity, we can arrange by express, for big quantity, we arrange by air or by sea.

6.Q:How about delivery time?

A: for the goods in stock,we can arrange within 7 days,OEM order depends on the quantities ,normally it takes 35-45 days after sample confirmed.
